November 19, 2025Management and maintenance team do a great job! A lot of new improvements have been done in really appreciated. My only issue is elevator floors and floors need mopped more often. Is too many sloppy people.Property Manager Responded

October 24, 2025Parking sometimes is complicated. They have tons of garages and not enough parking spots. The gate is troublesome I have to take apart my keys to get in and if anyone visits the phone entry doesn’t work. You can only pay rent with credit or go out of your way to go to an Amscot. Staff is nice and amenities are nice. Pet spa often smells bad, it smelled like a dead animal for about a month when I first moved in. Apartment itself is nice.Property Manager Responded

Great Location and Amenities
September 17, 2025I've visited a few friends that live here and recently toured the property myself with Jolyn. Jolyn answered all the questions I had during the tour and was great! There are a lot of amenities that they offer that I haven't seen at other places, like the game room and gym that had more equipment than other properties I've seen. The pool area is really nice with a lot of room, a bonfire and a grilling area. The location is great being close to UTC and Benderson Park as well. I'm still looking ...at a few other properties, but Solaire is at the top of my list.Property Manager Responded
