May 21, 2026We have a great front office management team as well as a great maintenance team. Great location for eating out and going shopping. I'm going on my sixth year here! April 2, 2026It’s a great community. I wish there was more parking and more bike storage in building 5 though. Instead there is a dog wash room and it smells awful if someone happened to use it that day. I have to take that entrance every day to enter the building so it can be unpleasant.Property Manager Responded

January 11, 2026Love living so close to UTC. Walking distance to Benderson Park, Whole Foods, Target, etc. Neighbors are nice and staff is friendly. Only negative is no security the buildings are always left unlocked.Property Manager Responded
