    We have a great front office management team as well as a great maintenance team. Great location for eating out and going shopping. I'm going on my sixth year here! The only complaint I really have is people, not self-policing their own messes. And people could be a little more courteous about keeping the noise down.

    I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The community is well-maintained, and feels safe, which was one of my top priorities when choosing an apartment. The location is another big plus, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, making commuting and errands simple.

    It’s a great community. I wish there was more parking and more bike storage in building 5 though. Instead there is a dog wash room and it smells awful if someone happened to use it that day. I have to take that entrance every day to enter the building so it can be unpleasant.

    I’ve lived at a few properties in the area and this is the best one I’ve been to by far. The grounds are kept clean, the amenities are great and the people in the neighborhood are wonderful!

    Love living so close to UTC. Walking distance to Benderson Park, Whole Foods, Target, etc. Neighbors are nice and staff is friendly. Only negative is no security the buildings are always left unlocked.
