Solana is Top Tier!!! It was the best choice I ever made in condo/apartment living. I rented a 3bedroom there for 6years. Small complex (a plus) & upkept grounds. The layout/floor plans are spacious with a huge master suit. Granite countertops and I now see they have laminate flooring on bottom units.
The units are very well insulated, using less energy to keep your place cool. Amazing pest control (Never had a problem in my unit). Centrally located to everything you'll need shopping wise. They ...
lack in the efficient appliances department but make up for it in their commitment in maintenance. Which is my next mention: The STAFF! Top Tier. Nanette and Adia are the best property managers I’ve ever known in 20yrs of renting. They are about their tenants. They are very respectful and generous. They don’t hover at all. They work with you on obstacles and difficulties. If you are a person who doesn’t value paying your rent, then I can’t speak for you. Pay your rent! And they will/can work with you, even if your late a few times. They are consistently available/accessible to and for you with hardly no wait time. If they miss your call, they call you back asap. I recently moved for my own personal reasons two weeks ago and I miss that place greatly. Great Job ConAm with choosing the managers for Solana Charleston!

Don’t move here the staff doesn’t care about you. And the community is disgusting people don’t pick up after their pets and they leave trash and cigarette butts everywhere

The roaches are out of control! They are so bad, you can see them outside of the doors. There are mice under the trash bins and people hanging out with loud music all times of the night. If you value rest, don't move here! There's trash on the ground and overflowing on a daily basis. The roaches are unbearable. Not just roaches but bed bugs as well. Beware!

I absolutely love Solana apartments. It is a small intimate community that is well kept. I love the layout of my unit, especially the high ceilings. I value and appreciate the management and office staff. Nanette and Ada are both exceptionally professional yet great to do deal with. Maintenance does a great job with responding to requests. The grounds are clean and kept up. Happy tenant.
