Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

September 20, 2023Quiet neighborhood, some units with big balconies, good access to public transportation, excellent amenities, friendly and responsive staff who put on great community events every month. Like everywhere else in Denver, rent is steadily rising. There are no elevators. Trash valet is a mandatory $25 monthly charge. It would be nice to have public bike storage (although you can pay for a garage unit). Also would be nice if public transportation could feasibly get you to the mountains. Finally, the ...WiFi and cell service in the gym do not work consistently which can be frustrating if you depend on connectivity for your workout plan.Property Manager Responded
