Good to be here...
August 23, 2022The location is convenient for shopping, restaurants, and services - and for getting to the beaches and the river. I enjoy the spacious, attractive, and well kept grounds, especially all the trees and the shade they give. Ever since my first visit, a little over a year ago, I have found the management team to be friendly, helpful and professional., My experience with maintenance has been consistently excellent. Wow!!
July 27, 2022I have lived here for over a year and recently they hired a new manager. He is super attentive and I feel is going to improve an already great place to live. The grounds are beautiful and little to none insect problem. Views are spectacular and you feel like your away on vacation. Love it!!!Property Manager Responded

Lots of roaches, no solutions
April 24, 2022During the time I've lived here, I've had issues with roaches roaming my apartment. While there is an exterminator, they don't seem to be particularly effective. I realize that roaches are a bit more common in Florida, but even with that in mind, it's still a pretty big issue that the complex hasn't been able to solve so far.Property Manager Responded

They only care about your money! Keep looking
March 18, 2018Don't waste your time! I lived in Solana Vista Apts for two years and experienced nothing but disappointments. The front gate worked 10% of the time, often stuck open for weeks or months at a time. There is a very high turn-over rate for the front desk associates, who were always unknowledgeable. The maintenance crew did the absolute bare minimum, and the complex made me pay for their incompetency. They advertise a "work center" where not one of said computers are actually working; instead you ...have to hope to use a computer at one of their desks. The late fees are high but there is no drop box, and they were often closed without warning for the rest of normal business hours. I once asked if recycling was an option, and they told me it was if I bought special and expensive garbage bags. For a week or two I believed I was recycling, until the maintenance crew told me it was all thrown out in the same place. Miscommunications like these occured often and always at the disadvantage of the tenant. There is nothing about this complex that makes the prices worth paying. If you do decide to move in, TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! They are ruthless vultures. They conduct their business with little/no professionalism, and it shows. Horrible!
March 16, 2018Maintainance men are liars and will say anything to cover there butts with managers. Our car got towed while we were visiting. Had to pay 200 dollars to get it back. The first visitor parking spots were taken then parked in what seemed like visitors parking spots and got towed. Manager didn’t care was very rude after and while trying to get our car back. Peaceful and spacious

Staff and maintenance are friendly and available. the apartments are a little older, but well-maintained with newer hardwood floors and updated kitchens that are spacious with lots of storage! Florida Paradise
September 2, 2017Beautiful grounds large oak trees, palm trees, flowers. Center pond with fish turtles, storks, and ducks. Lots of birds squirrels. They take pets both cats and dogs. Hidden Paradise Close to Everything
September 1, 2017I have lived in Solana Vista apartments for two years. It has been a marvelous experience. After living in New York City, I have greatly enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, the trees, the birds, the lake, the pool and the tennis courts. It's a paradise, for sure!! Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. When you are in the complex, you feel far away from everything, but when you leave, you are five minutes from a hospital, from any doctor and anything you might need. I have often said to ...myself that this is the most convenient place I have ever lived. I did a lot of researching, but youi don't have to! Just come here. It's the best. Guaranteed. Baffled at the staff
September 1, 2017Moved in 6 months ago and had our own cleaning lady come in to clean the apartment top to bottom. She was cleaning the glass in the kitchen and it broke, we notified the staff immediately. They told us that they would have the glass in a week, no big deal right? It is now 6 months later and they haven't done it, I have told them at least 5 separate times that it has not be fixed. When I went in today the manager was not appalled by the fact that it hadn't been taken care of yet. She simply gave ...an almost emotionless apology. Didn't try to help me out simply stated that i was the reason that they had not completed the task of replacing a window saying why didn't you call us, telling us that the window hasn't been replaced. I was unaware that it was my duty to manage the maintenance team and give you their whereabouts.
