Much to say... living without air conditioning with a newborn paying the highest value for rent, we have had to put up with temperatures inside the apt up to 98 degrees, the administration does not seem to care, when we have been reporting the problem since the summer last summer and this summer they fined us for reporting that the air conditioning does not drop below 85 degrees inside the apartment, added to this we have had infestations of cockroaches, wasp nests, the Gym has not been in ...
operation for more than 3 years, the pools they close them constantly, we put in work orders and they remove them or say that they already repaired and it is not true and we have had to put up with the smell of marijuana.

I just want to say that I appreciate the kind office staff here at Solare apartments. Any time I have an issue they take care of it immediately. I have lived in many different apartment complexes and appreciate quick service when I do have to call maintenance over repairs or issues . Raccoons, mold, and no AC. Oh my!!!

It is hard to see the value of living here anymore. Just in the last 3 months we have had our car towed, mold, and a broken AC.
Our car was towed without proper notice nor did they notify me that they had towed it when I asked about it. I thought it was stolen and they even called the cops for me instead of telling me that they had towed it for expired tags. It was $300 to get it back because the towing company charges per day if it’s not picked up and I had no way of knowing they had it.

black mold in the apt. The first work order was ignored. We even received an email stating they had come and inspected it when they did not (we were at home the whole day they claimed to have come). The second one they tried to cover it up with Kilz spray paint. A simple google search tells the reader that the product does not kill existing mold. From the product’s own website,“Although it is designed to be applied directly to mold and mildew prone surfaces, any existing mold and/or mildew on the surface should be removed before priming and painting.” The third time they finally cut out the sheetrock with mold. I saw what was causing the mold. There was condensation for the AC Freon line dripping. The insulation was chewed by the raccoons that are living in the roof that they have not done anything about. They have full knowledge that the apartments have raccoons living in the roof. Also, they still haven’t fixed the chunk of our missing ceiling beyond putting some plywood over the hole so that “the raccoons don’t get in and hurt (our) cat.”
All summer our AC was not working correctly. We put in a work order to fix it, and they said that it is working like it is supposed to and if it is 20* cooler than it is outside, it is working great (even if that 20* cooler is 90*). The next month it broke completely. We had to deal with an apt that was 88* in the hottest part of the summer. We were not giving an alternative until it had been two weeks of living in the heat and I asked them (again) when they would fix it. They offered an emergency unit but they refuse offer any compensation for living in 88* apt or offer to pay the higher electric bill because of having to run extra fans and the emergency unit. It has been 3 weeks and our AC is still not fixed.
These are just the recent and harder troubles we’ve had living here. We are good tenets and just want a place that is safe to live in. It seems even that is too much to ask lately.

I loved the apartment and very quiet nice but if you want your privacy invaded this is the apartment for you. my move out was terrible I moved all my things earlier in the month they sent someone in my apartment to check and see if I had still lived there they threw away my cereal I left when I asked management about the situation she had a very disgusting attitude about me asking and for me asking to be reimbursed she was very short with me I wouldn’t recommend anyone move there they also lied ...

I absolutely do not recommend living here. The kitchen flooded five times in the year i lived there and the maintenance didn’t get there to fix or soak up the water until i threatened to sew them for letting the water sit for over a week . I’ve left messages and talked to multiple people and my issues never get attention. After finally leaving, it’s been four months and i still haven’t gotten my deposit back as promised. Aweful aweful aweful management.

I moved out on 10/31/17. I generally had few problems while living there that weren’t addressed eventually. The staff in the rental office are polite and friendly. As the office staff and corporate office know, I still have yet to receive my security deposit back, or be given a reason as to why I haven’t received. It is very much needed for expenses in the apt that I moved to.

after 4 years we turned in a written notice that we were moving out, all within proper 30 day notice. Upon exit walk through with management I pointed out ALL the problems that were never ever taken proper care of while being a tenant.; We also cleaned up and even vaccuumed the apartment. Manager informed us that our check in checklist (completed upon move in) has been "misplaced" so no way to verify pre-existing damage to unit. Then of course when I mentioned going back through 4 years worth of ...
work orders I was told that was not possible. Basically Miss Counts had no desire to even try to verify problems that we had to put up with while being a tenant. Then of course we never got back our deposit and now just today we receive notice of a "collection" against us for said apartment. This place deserves to be burnt to the ground. If it ever does I am showing up with hot dogs and smores!!!! Just wish I could give less than 1 star rating
