Bad experience - smell and foot noise issues.

Leasing office told us that the smell and foot noise issues will be very less. Unfortunately, not. Nothing against the other tenants. These issues are the net effect of poor unit quality to contain the smell from going out. The floor materials are not noise proof. We know where exactly where the tenants above moves within their unit.

Nice building and residents; however the property manager Evelyn is inexperienced and should not be managing the building. I had a couple of basic, minor issues with my apartment and unfortunately Evelyn was incapable of getting these resolved within an appropriate amount of time.

Moved in a couple months ago, and had a very smooth transition. Everyone working in the building has been accommodating and very friendly. The apartment is pretty new, all new appliances and energy efficient. There's a gym, lounge and free bikes available to use which is convenient. It's also right next to Liberty State Park.

Solaris Lofts is a beautiful and convenient apartment building! It’s very close to Liberty State Park and the Light Rail as well. There’s even a convenience store right at the corner of the building! Also, the leasing office and maintenance staff are extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had any questions/concerns. Not to mention, the gym & yoga studio, lounge, conference room, parking garage, dog park, and rooftop are all great amenities. The leasing manager does a great job ...

arranging yoga and boot camp classes and brings in outside vendors to the building as well, including local food trucks. Not a single regret living here! :)

I love Solaris Lofts, such a beautiful new building! The apartment has such an open and airy feel with all the natural light coming in. The finishes in the bathroom and the kitchen are beautifully done. The staff has been so accommodating and helpful, especially prior to moving in! Great place to live!

The new building is great. It’s extremely easy to get to from the turnpike. The in-unit washer and dryer is a major plus for people with busy work schedules. The tiling in the bathroom has awesome contrast and the modern kitchen is topnotch. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Great experience thus far!

My fiance and I love Solaris Loft! Its a wonderful, new building with a gym and a great conference room/workspace. Our apartment is beautiful, is cheaper than our Brooklyn apartment (which was smaller), and has an in-unit washer dryer ?. We're walking distance to Liberty State Park, which has an amazing view of the NYC skyline (which we can also see from the roof of Solaris Lofts) and the Statue of Liberty (we can see that too). Amazing place - also awesome neighborhood (it's quiet but like an 8 ...

min light rail ride to Grove Street). Also, great people that work on staff here (amazing people). We're trying to get our friends to more here. We love it.

I randomly found Solaris during my apartment hunt and honestly, I could not be happier. Good management was a must for me and so far, I can’t complain at all. The management has been super helpful from coordinating my move-in to giving me all the information I’d need for a happy, smooth transition. And the apartment itself is the nicest part - they did not spare any expense when it comes to the appliances. I love my in-unit wash and dryer, large windows, and roomy bathroom.
