Just renewed and terrible services
February 22, 2023When I sign my lease. They promised me a remode apartment apartment ( stainless steel appliances and microwave included)rent was a little more but I okay. Now that I report the the microwave not working they just took that away. I called for explanation and manager said it's been removed so I will not complain about it again. Followed by "well i work here now".What a quick solution and explanation. I report the dishwasher she said " well it's fix" this thing is leaking water everywhere and it ...sticks. At this point I can't make any reports I not sure if they would really fix anything anymore. What makes it great is the safety, calm community, the quick maintenance service provided, and the best management I have met, always greeting you with a smile, very friendly and they make me feel like part of the family, they always provide great solutions for any questions or concerns. Also I love the easy access to the freeway and several stores are nearby. Unacceptable
July 14, 2018I have been calling all week to see availability and no one answer the phone. My sister stopped by to get information and they were very rude, all they told her is we don't have anything available for the next 3 months. They did not even provide a brochure or asked her to call back for availability. That behavior is unacceptable. I am glad we are not moving in there.
