About Soldano Senior Village
Soldano Senior Village is a beautiful complex for Seniors 55+ for the first person and 45+ for the second person. We are a conventional, market-rate senior community. Thank you for your interest in Soldano Senior Village, a gated community with 1 and 2 bedrooms that are equipped with a walk-in closet, linen storage, ceiling fan, private patio/balcony, dishwasher, cable ready, central heating/air conditioning, a walk in pantry (one bedroom apartments) and a large storage in the patio (two bedroom apartments). In our beautiful complex, we have a heated pool and spa, a fitness center and a newly furnished clubhouse with a big screen TV, pool table, and a partial kitchen. We have 2 laundry facilities on the property. One year lease; after which the lease will become month-to-month. Resident provides their own refrigerator. Utilities: Residents pay for Electricity, Sewer and Trash, billed separately. Cable: All units are cable-ready, billed separately. There is no income limit at our property; however, there is a minimum income requirement of 1.5 times the rent. We verify your rental history for the past two years. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Units are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. We are open Monday through Friday 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m; except for posted holidays. We are closed most major holidays. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays. We are between 4th and 5th Street and between Soldano and Pasadena Avenue We look forward to hearing from you soon!

safe & peaceful
June 13, 2014My mom has not been able to have her own place since 97. Financial hardship took a toll she's been living with family members and daughters. This year we finally where able to get her a place to call her own she's beyond excited everything about this place is safe. Closed community not just anybody can open the gate. My mom's safety was my priority and Soldano is so query and peaceful. That I can see that my mom is happy and gets that peace that comes with retirement. I will recommend this place. ...The apartment is very clean and open I love that each apartment gets a patio. And the pool water is always fresh not cold at all. I Def.
