Worst leasing experience ever
April 26, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI am submitting this review to formally document my experience with the leasing process, which was unprofessional and deeply concerning. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, I do not make this statement lightly: the level of inconsistency, lack of accountability, and dismissive communication I encountered is unacceptable for any organization representing itself in a professional capacity. During my interactions, a front desk staff member (not Jessica, though I do not recall her ...name) provided specific information that was later denied. When I sought clarification, the situation was not handled with transparency or professionalism. Instead of acknowledging a possible miscommunication, I was made to feel as though I had misunderstood, despite another individual hearing the same information. This reflects a failure in both communication standards and basic customer service principles. Equally concerning is the apparent pattern in management’s response to feedback. Publicly available reviews suggest that positive comments are acknowledged, while concerns and complaints are largely ignored. This raises serious concerns about the organization’s commitment to accountability and continuous improvement. Based on this experience, I decided to lease elsewhere. I strongly recommend that management conduct a thorough review of staff training, communication practices, and complaint resolution procedures. Even with so little time, we could already see that, among the countless options available, we made the right choice. Everything here works, the place is super nice, the atmosphere is familiar, the neighborhood is friendly. We haven't even been able to enjoy all the amenities yet. We feel safe here. The main positive highlight is the office staff. They are super friendly and efficient, always ready to ...answer all questions and solve all requests. Never will you pay so much for so little

My AC unit broke 7 times in the first 3 months I lived there. 3 of those times the condenser put water all over the floor. They do not have adequate trash facilities so the dumpsters are overflowing at least twice a week. Overflowing means their is trash all around the dumpsters piled up. If you live by the fence you will get to see dead ducks during the spring. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They leave early and never ...answer the office phones. The community manager is condescending, rude, and difficult to speak to as he constantly interrupts you. The corporate office does not respond to any attempts to contact them. Do yourself a favor and find a bridge to live under. I have never paid so much to get so little.Read More

The pictures of the model do it no justice. my apartment is way prettier than I expected. I have brand new stainless steel appliances and water saving brand new washer and dryer. My floors are AMAZING and the closet space is way bigger than any other apartment complex around. My children LOVE the pool. Its so peaceful here. The manager Otto ...is really nice. But there's a new management here which is awful they don't care about you they don't fix anyting right away it takes months. The pictures that you see that are up are not what you are going to get. I seen the upgrade and it does not look like that. I cannot wait till my lease is up to move out.

The only worker who seemed to actually care about the residents no longer works there. The other workers were just there for the discount on their ...living and for the money.
