Amazing place and staff
February 20, 2026Today I did a walk through of this place and I absolutely loved it. The apartments are very spacious and I love the layout of everything. Not only was the place amazing but the staff were very helpful. I had a lot of questions. I really like that the young lady Simone didn’t get irritated and actually took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. July 18, 2025Living at Solis Midtown has been an incredible experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to Jennifer Hester, the amazing community manager. Jennifer truly goes above and beyond for residents — always available to assist with anything we need and consistently greeting us with a warm smile whenever we see her around the property. She’s incredibly kind and genuine, and I’ve loved getting to know her over time. The resident events she helps organize are out of this world — from relaxing massages ...to fun socials with drinks and friends, there’s always something exciting going on. It really feels like more than just an apartment complex — it’s a true community. Jennifer plays a big role in creating that welcoming, connected atmosphere. We’re lucky to have her! Kristen is also an amazing assistant — always friendly, professional, and ready to lend a hand whenever needed. She keeps everything running smoothly and is a joy to interact with. Delightful
December 5, 2024There are so many reasons we love Solis. The location next to Historic Dillworth gives it a safe neighborhood feel, while at the same time, you can walk to stores, restaurants, parks, the Greenway, medical facilities, and even into the city. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Our apartment is comfortable and has a lot of natural light and kitchen cabinet space. The amenities are over-the-top and the monthly gatherings are creative and fun. We made friends in just a short time and so has ...our dog. Oh, and one of our favorite things is the herb garden.
