I moved in October 2025. When I moved in they provided me a gate code to use to enter the property, as of March 2026 the amount of times I’ve had to use that code has been zero! The gates remain open at all hours day and night, asked the office when they’re going to be fixed, they don’t have an update at this time. Vagrants are consistently on property going through the dumpsters, breaking into vacant units. The security that they hired does the bare minimum, if that. Great pricing, but you pay ...
for what you get, cheap! Work orders take forever to be addressed, then they do it the cheapest way possible. For example, my shower flooring cracked causing water to get where it’s not supposed to be, we all know that can cause mold. What do they do to fix it? Send someone to re bondo the shower. And it’s already cracked again!
