New Management Same Problems
March 24, 2026I moved in October 2025. When I moved in they provided me a gate code to use to enter the property, as of March 2026 the amount of times I’ve had to use that code has been zero! The gates remain open at all hours day and night, asked the office when they’re going to be fixed, they don’t have an update at this time. Vagrants are consistently on property going through the dumpsters, breaking into vacant units. The security that they hired does the bare minimum, if that. Great pricing, but you pay ...for what you get, cheap! Work orders take forever to be addressed, then they do it the cheapest way possible. For example, my shower flooring cracked causing water to get where it’s not supposed to be, we all know that can cause mold. What do they do to fix it? Send someone to re bondo the shower. And it’s already cracked again!Property Manager Responded

March 22, 2023This whole entire apartment complex is infested with roaches they live in the walls and you’ll see your floor covered at night. This place has traumatized me once my lease is up I’m packing my bags. You pay for pest control and they do nothing about the roach problem. My neighbor got his apartment bombed for the roach problem and said he still saw them 2 days later. The washer and dryers don’t work in this complex and the gym and pool are always closed so you pay for amenities you’ll never be ...able to use. Also pay for trash but there is constantly trash everywhere. Not to mention there are squatters breaking into the vacant apartment complexes. Homeless will try to break into your car and apartment. Gross; Roaches ; Overpriced ; Rude Staff
January 5, 2023I moved in 8/05/2022 Apartment was supposed to be ready for move in 8/04 10am Was not able to move in untill 8/05 4PM i came from CA with my daughter, we had to make other arrangements since apartment was not ready when arrived. Once able to move in apartment was DIRTY infested with roaches and water bugs. The apartment is not sealed. ceiling leaks constantly ; has caved in twice . When it rained , my daughters entires room flooded as water was coming in from the baseboards. Called emergency line ...was advised would have to wait till storm is over before they can send anyone ; so for an entire day as it rained water poured into my daughters room. They came to repair it and just caulked it (the next time it rained it wasn’t as bad but still water all over the floor ) Trash and dog poop everywhere. They don’t give you keys for gym or pool. They change management companies; don’t notify you and won’t accept money orders that have the complex name anymore Cynthia is rude and disrespectful. Will attempt to talk to you like your a child. BEWARE!!!
December 16, 2022This place left me traumatized. I paid app fee got approved then I payed holding fee as well. Did all the things they requested (renters insurance and deposit insurance, connected NVpower) and the day of move in they said I couldn’t move in because they were “too busy” to help me. I was moving from out of state and planned my whole move. The staff was so unprofessional and did not offer to accommodate me since they failed to mention that the apartment wouldn’t be ready. They did not even ...communicate to tell me I had to call them! When I went into the office no one could give me answers. I had to go back to their office 2 times so try and get my holding deposit since they did not honor the holding on their end since they wasted my time and had no apartment for me. The landlord said he would refund me my holding fee but when I tried to email him he blocked my emails. He was so rude and condescending and tried to blame me for their incompetence. I have yet to get any info about any refund. I have tried going through every Avenue to get ahold of anyone that could help but that whole business has no follow through. No one calls back or answers any emails, half of the time their phones are not working.This has been such a terrible experience and I hope no one else goes through this. November 29, 2022Lived here for almost a year and they got a huge bug problem, literally roaches everywhere. Once my lease was up I packed up and left, till this day I haven’t received my security deposit back and am currently looking for a lawyer. I don’t think this place knows that you can’t legally keep someone’s deposit especially when I already got a letter stating how much I’m supposed to get back.
