July 28, 2025I’m moving out because the management, cleanliness and living experience has dramatically declined in the past year. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting, I smell marijuana in the halls, there is often trash and other debris left in the garages, hallways, and around the building and isn’t cleaned up for days. I enjoy the location and my apartment itself, but due to the property decline I can’t justify living here, which is Externally disappointing.Property Manager Responded

June 30, 2025I looked at 50 different properties before I moved here. And when I moved here, 1 November the property was immaculate and Samantha in the office. Very nice hi Customer Service very accommodating.. but now that the maintenance manager is not here and Chris the manager that was here prior. The property has went down big time on the grounds. It’s walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping, not too big so it has an intimate setting and a friendly staff and the residents are courteous and respectful to the community and the property. I had lived at another Greystar property before and my experience was polar opposite, so I am grateful to be at Soltra Kierland and that I can have a new perspective. I checked out a few other properties nearby, and this was hands down the best value with the nicest features. The gym is fantastic, the pool is super clean, and it is definitely a ...well-built community for professionals not looking to be surrounded my the Old Town party vibes. October 21, 2024The best part of Soltra has been the maintenance team! Miquel is amazing and quick to address issues as they are discovered. This is a good thing, because issues are likely to be plentiful. I moved into a penthouse unit and the beautiful high ceilings and gorgeous natural light were almost enough to distract from the 10 maintenance requests that I had to submit within the first few days I lived there. I was flattered that they allowed me to play project manager on their semi-completed ...construction project, but would have preferred to just lease a move-in ready unit. The upgraded appliances are really nice, especially the smart washing machine, now that it is connected to water and I am loving the privacy of my door that now latches! The kitchen is beautiful, has ample storage, and now that the drawers are installed on rails, it is functional too! Finally, the finishes in the bathroom are clean and modern and I love the rain shower head. The plumbing under the sink is fixed too, so the water pours in to the bowl instead of the vanity cabinet. Without the threat of flooding, mold, and water damage, the bathroom is like a spa. If you are in the market for a hands on apartment experience, I could not recommend Soltra Kierland enough!Property Manager Responded
