When I was scheduled to move in, they called me a WEEK before to tell me I couldn’t because they needed to clean the apartment and pushed my move in date back another week. I had to reschedule movers, utilities, U-Haul, internet, etc. Then they audaciously asked me to KEEP MY UTILITIES ON so they could have an easier time working. I haven’t lived here for even a month yet. I’ve sent in work orders that were closed before my apartment was ever visited. I’ve sent in ...work orders over three times, talked to them in person, only for them to fail to complete them. For such raving reviews, this place has been an utter disappointment. My car has dents and scratches just by parking. Utter disrespect for others property.
