    This place is not that great. When I was scheduled to move in, they called me a WEEK before to tell me I couldn’t because they needed to clean the apartment and pushed my move in date back another week. I had to reschedule movers, utilities, U-Haul, internet, etc. Then they audaciously asked me to KEEP MY UTILITIES ON so they could have an easier time working. I haven’t lived here for even a month yet. I’ve sent in work orders that were closed before my apartment was ever visited. I’ve sent in ...
    work orders over three times, talked to them in person, only for them to fail to complete them. For such raving reviews, this place has been an utter disappointment. Should they choose to raise my rent in 15 months, I’m getting the heck out of this place.

    The house is structurally not sound. There is a dip in my living room. Just walking will shake things in the living room. The parking is not safe. My car has dents and scratches just by parking. Utter disrespect for others property. There are very less amenities, no car wash, small gym room, no basketball or football or a tennis ground to play.

    It’s relatively nice. It seems they were finally able to fix the A/C. The bug situation is still present but is improving. I believe more frequent treatment would help

    It has been a good experience so far. My neighbours are quiet, but the dog owners do not pick up after their pets, making it a hit or miss walk some days. he maintenace crew is friendly and efficient.

    It's been good except for the noise and narcotics smell that's coming from one of the neighbors. Also, a resident abandoned their apt and left trash behind causing a roach infestation.
