We were going to renew our lease but someone stole my car. Gate is always broken and there were so many times previously where someone wheels were stolen or window broken.       Read your lease and give 60 day notice if you aren't renewing. I obviously haven't signed a new lease, but I am being charged for days after my lease is over, which is crap. I signed a lease for a year, but because I didn't tell them I am moving, somehow they are able to charge me for days I'm not even responsible for because it is not part of my lease term. Not to mention There are 4 bars missing in the fence right by my window and the grass was tall enough to make Hay Bales for 2 weeks. Ever ...
