Very nice place to live
June 3, 2025This has turned out to be a great place to live. The location is close to everything. If something needs to be fixed it is done right away and fixed the first time. The office team is friendly and helpful. We love our neighbors and will be staying longer than we initially thought we would. I recommend it. Oh, plenty of parking.Property Manager Responded

Steer Clear
May 12, 2021Trash pickup is often delayed, many times you'll drive in and the dumpsters will be overflowing with garbage. The units are poorly insulated so your power bill will skyrocket in winter and summer. Roaches abound. You can hear word for word what your neighbors are saying, the walls are that thin. You have to put in multiple maintenance requests to get one issue fixed. It is just not at all even close to worth the amount of money you pay to live here. Please don't make our mistake. DO NOT MOVE HERE
August 10, 2019I applied for an apartment because they had dates available around the time I needed and once I completed and paid for the application the company called me and told me that they didn’t have availability even though the the website and apartments.com said they did! It’s been a back and forth of them trying to move people out in advance so they can try to accommodate instead of giving me my application fee back for the incorrect advertising of their rentals!
