They used to have a hours sign on the office, believe it or not but they said they were open 9am-12pm Mon-Fri, today is Monday and it’s after 10am and there is not a single person in the office or around the complex. Also they have shut my water off with no warning or notice, and can’t be reached by phone, email or in person.

I called and when asked what I was looking for I stated a one bedroom, she said she had none available, so I said “oh how odd it shows online that you do” and she said I just rented it out. I called back a bit later and asked again to be sure and she said no they only had two and three so I talked to my boyfriend who decided we could do a two bedroom, we show up to discuss pricing and see what they’re like in person if possible, she stated there are no apartments available. Now I’m curious as to ...
why she has them listed if she’s not renting, or if she just means not renting to me.
