I really enjoy living at Sophia Square. It’s a beautiful place with very nice people and a caring staff team. They make an effort to go above and beyond to enhance the community’s experience, and they fully won my heart when they brought in a food truck for a night as one of those efforts. There is nothing more to this place but crap service. That’s it. The Management sucks. They won’t answer your calls and when they do they have a smart mouth representative who’s not pleasant and calls their residents names. They don’t respond to your emails. Your messages. Nothing. It’s so frustrating. You show up in person. They tell you what they will do, verbally, but no action. You have to be after these people like clockwork to do their job It’s such poor service. Why put your residents ...
through that? The price changing is so ridiculous. It makes you feel as if they calculate things to get more money out of you. They charge for trash service but they pick up when ever, it’s not on schedule how they say so prepare to take out your own trash. This place is so unprofessional and this is just a short list. Beware.

This is so far the worst Management I have ever seen where they are not even bothered to respond to emails and calls. As an applicant I paid 500$ where 300$ is an administrative fee they take for the poorest service they provide and 200$ is an applicant fee. They keep changing your move in dates frequently with very short notice and the rent amount they say while touring apartments and while filling the leasing application would not be same.since they are frequently changing the move-in dates ...
which doesn't work for me I asked for the refund of my administrative fee for which they never even care to respond. Tried to reachout to property manager but still no response. Please dont pay the administrative fee for the service the management provides
