September 7, 2015Apartments are built on sand and although, most apartments have been upgraded, the building is quite old . Creaking floor and paper thin walls, can hear neighbors talking, TVs, etc. rent high considering property doesn't have any amenities, e.g, pool, gym, etc.Review from Apartments.com
