Great location. Maintenance is really good when I need something. Love the monthly book club. My only complaints are 1) the pool being closed on Mondays and 2) the trash valet being off on Fridays and Saturdays

I have been a resident here since 2019 and I’m still loving it! Our 2 bedroom apartment with a sun room is the perfect size. Big enough to feel like we have some space and small enough that I can clean the whole place in 2 hours regardless of how messy it might be. The management staff are incredible, very friendly and helpful when needed. The maintenance team are literally award-winning for their response time and ability to fix whatever has needed fixing. awesome gym to workout in. The grounds are always kept meticulously clean and I can always find a clean BBQ pit to grill on. South Bay is quiet, clean, safe, and well managed. The amenities (pool, gym, dog parks) and office staff are great. The location is also really convenient, about 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from all of your necessities. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Corpus!
