      I have been a resident here since 2019 and I’m still loving it! Our 2 bedroom apartment with a sun room is the perfect size. Big enough to feel like we have some space and small enough that I can clean the whole place in 2 hours regardless of how messy it might be. The management staff are incredible, very friendly and helpful when needed. The maintenance team are literally award-winning for their response time and ability to fix whatever has needed fixing.       Love my neighborhood. The staff is great to work with. I love the amenities. I would however would love to see some upgrades in the kitchen. Overall I wouldn't want to live no where else.

      South Bay is quiet, clean, safe, and well managed. The amenities (pool, gym, dog parks) and office staff are great. The location is also really convenient, about 15 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from all of your necessities. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Corpus!

      South Bay is a very lovely place to live in. The staff is very warm and approachable and knowledgeable about the daily management. They are always having different kind of activities for the holidays which includes Family which I find very heart warming.       The apartment complex is a nice and clean apartment complex to live. This is a way-point as I sell my home and locate a new house. The staff has been kind and good to work with and appear to be genuine. My favorite time at the apartment so far is sitting in the community lawn chairs at night where a cool breeze allows me to relax after a busy day at work.       Overall, living at South Bay has been a positive experience. The 24-hour gym is well stocked with equipment and is kept very clean. The pool and courtyard area are beautiful and relaxing places to spend time. I also enjoy the trash valet amenity and the community gates. I have found staff and maintenance to be helpful and respectful.
