June 6, 2025South Bay Apartments is great! The location next to the highway can't be beat, and the leasing office staff are responsive and helpful. I also like how there are pool bands to ensure only residents are using the pool.Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2025Lots of smokers in the South bay community. Hallways with bad odor. Dirty. Car wash hose keeps disappearing. Vacuum cleaner works randomly. Swimming pool privileges abused w numerous family members and gates prompted open for entry. Outdated older apartments. Pet waste still not being picked up. The staff is friendly and will take care of your concerns and if you have a maintenance issue they always take care of it promptly. May 14, 2025So far living at South Bay has been great. We’ve loved our experience in our new home for the past couple of months. Love the arches throughout and we love how every room is separated just like a house. The neighborhood is nice and quiet for the most part and from the neighbors we’ve met so far have been very kind. The staff and maintenance are always on top of everything when we need them. I’d say moving here was the best decision I could’ve made for my family:)Property Manager Responded

May 8, 2025Things have really improved around here. I love how the office is doing things and having activities for us residents. They go above and beyond so often for us. I absolutely love how we have a book club now. The books that the office provides after we vote are amazing! The only thing I’d say is I wish we could get this pool bracelets already to keep out the intruders trespassing to our pool. May 8, 2025SouthBay is a great community to live in. The landscape is beautiful. The amenities is up to date. I would love to see more updates inside area like the kitchen. The apartments beautiful and spacious inside. My 3 bedrooms and 2 bath with sunroom look like a house. I plan to live here for years to come.Property Manager Responded
