March 22, 2026I Love living here at South Bay apartments and have done so since early 2019. My 2 bedroom apartment with a sun room is spacious and I can clean the whole thing in top to bottom in 2 hours. My neighbors are friendly and my only outdoor chore is getting the trash can outside my door at night for the valet. The apartment management and staff treat you like family and are always having fun events. There is fresh (and fresh) coffee in the office too! The pool is laid out perfect and we have several ...top-notch grilling areas. The gym has great equipment and we have a new yoga center. But the best part is the staff, the surroundings are always clean thanks to the tireless grounds person and the maintenance crew can fix anything that breaks and do it quickly. February 3, 2026So far everything has been amazing. We love our home and how cozy it is. Only two things really prohibit from giving the full 5 star. We can’t figure out the gate code, and the key fob is impossible to use from the inside letting guest into the gate. The second is our upstairs neighbors. Footsteps and loud bangs and thumps can be heard almost all day. Not enough to be fully concerned right now, and just makes us more aware for our own downstairs neighbors to be mindful, but we can always tell ...when our upstairs neighbor is home.Property Manager Responded
