Unprofessional staff
December 30, 2022The apartments are mediocre and they’re “renovating” so virtually no amenities are actually available. These apartments are overpriced please request a full tour before renting. That’s not even the worst part I’m writing this review regarding the office staff. Yesterday I called regarding a simple question and was disrespected profoundly by Lesly. She was constantly talking over me and being aggressive so much where I decided to step into the office to see what exactly was her problem. Worst apartments in Vegas
October 30, 2019Apartments are broken into, I know of 4 in the 7 months I have lived here. My car was also stolen off the property. Unsafe. Do not live here. Paid deposit and then heard crickets...
April 29, 2018Four months ago (January 2018) I applied to live here and they got my 500 dollars deposit. Then, I got a message from Emily saying that I could not have the apartment I applied for because the current tenant decided to stay there. They offered a much smaller apartment for a higher monthly price and I declined. Still today I haven't received my money back. I have emailed them multiple times and got no response back. I also called and they said the money would be returned to my card and the ...remaining balance in a check that I have never got.
