We moved our daughter & her roommate here all the way from the East Coast for college and I can't say enough wonderful things about Jenny, (in the office) who helped us get thru the entire process. She's nothing short of amazing! We really felt good about the area and the apartment home (2bdrm 2.5 bath) was perfect for them! The grounds are kept very clean and the few minor issues we had with the apartment upon moving in were fixed immediately by maintenance. It may not have all the bells n ...
whistles as some of the other huge complexes around there, but we're not going broke paying rent either. It's affordable, clean & only 50 units out there so you can easily get to know your neighbors! Again, Jenny is wonderful!

I love my new apartment! The pricing is great especially for being in the heart of Orange County and right down the street from South Coast Plaza. The apartments are tucked into a residential section which makes it feel very safe. It's also only a few miles away from UCI, IVC, and OCC. The apartment is very spacious and I love the walk-in closet that is available. I wish I could have found this place sooner! What a hidden gem!

This little complex is located right by lots of shops and restaurants, and walking distance from South Coast Plaza and Metro Point. It's very quiet and the neighbors are all welcoming. You get two parking spots and access to a pool and laundry center. Jenny, is wonderful and is always there to answer your questions.
South Coast Fountains is a wonderful little spot at a great price.
