August 22, 2025Great apartment and super dog-friendly! I’ve been living at South Junction for almost a year now, and I’ve had a great experience overall. One of my favorite things is how dog-friendly the complex is — there’s a nice little dog park on-site, which has been perfect for my pup to get some energy out. The other dog owners here are friendly too, so it’s a great little community. The location is super convenient — close to downtown, the river, and lots of great spots. The apartment itself is modern ...and well-maintained, with nice finishes and a cozy feel. The staff is friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed anything, and maintenance requests are usually handled pretty quickly. I also feel safe here, which is a big plus. The community is quiet and respectful, and I love having amenities like gym, pool, secure parking, etc.]. One of Best Places to Live Downtown
August 5, 2025I've lived at South Junction for over 2 years, and have lived in both a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom unit. The floor plans are spacious and talk about closet space!! I haven't seen another apartment complex downtown with closets this big! My favorite part about my place though is the large balcony and the proximity to everything fun happening downtown. Right next door you have Loflin Yard, which is great for an outdoor beer, live music, and bonding with your furry friends. The Farmers Market is right ...around the corner next to the amazing Powerhouse Malco Movie Theater. Then South Main offers great bars (shoutout to Max's and the new gorgeous patio that will be opening this fall), amazing restaurants, and easy trolley access to the other parts of downtown. With quick interstate access just a few blocks away, you can be in East Memphis or Southaven in less than 15 minutes.
