Manager doesn't respect tenants. Does not fill out work order forms when repairs are needed. Causing major delays in repairs if any! With no paper trail, management can't be held accountable for lack of communication on repairs. Tow selective tenants cars. I've been here for five years.

She is very pleasant and welcoming when you come into the office. She is extremely helpful , if you need something done she will get it done it a timely fashion. So I just moved in a few days ago and there were little to nothing that needed to be done meaning our place was basically move in ready. My roommate and I still have a lot to move in but everyone was very helpful and maintenance responded in a timely matter.

I would like to start by saying the office staff is fantastic. Charlene and the office manager go out of there way to ensure that all issues are handled in a timely fashion. I have currently lived here for 8months and I have to admit I was apprehensive because it is NC housing but what sold me on South oak Crossing is they are the only apartments who will allow you to move out without a consequence if you purchase a home while still in your lease. As for the environment South Oak Crossing staff ...
tries very hard to keep things cleans but the residents can be a little messy. If your like me a person who stays to themselves then you will enjoy living here. It is completely affordable in fact their prices are the best and the apartments are very large.

The condo is very nice. Spacious. The maintenance people are wonderful and very quick to fix things . I love my neighbors. It he apartment complex work with you on everything and this is a great place to live for a younger person anyway.
