Nothing but a good experience since we have moved into the complex. The management team and all other staff we have encountered has been welcoming and friendly. We love as a family that they have different amenities and activities to do year round. The staff also does a very good job at keeping the amenities and grounds clean and kept up with!!

My Siamese fur baby snuck out about a week ago. I stopped by the office to ask about putting up missing posters. They took copies of my posters and hung them in the clubhouse, by the mailboxes, posted it on the apartment’s Facebook page, and texted it to tenants to keep an eye out for my cat. I don’t know any other apartments that would go out of their way for a missing pet. I was truly touched. When I found my cat, I stopped in again to let them know and thank them for the help. I walked out ...
with a voucher for the food truck they had scheduled. They decorate for all the holidays, and throughout the year we random treats. I am so grateful to be able to live in a place that knows who I am, and cares about my concerns. I feel truly blessed to have these sweet ladies watching out for me. Thank you guys!!!! You rock!!!!

The private complex grounds, amenities & activities and dedicated staff generate a true and safe "neighborhood" vibe. Charming, small and quiet complex with well maintained grounds, pool, gym and dog park. The staff is wonderful and always helpful. My downstairs apt faces the courtyard and has a patio gate. Very convenient for a dog. Huge pool. Quaint gazebo with grill and chairs. Awesome location. Love this place!

New to south pointe but so far have been greeted by the friendliest staff and neighbors! The apartment we moved into is beautiful and even better than the online tour! We have an upstairs unit and love the high ceilings! Also a great area to live in as you have everything you need within ten minutes. This is my third apartment I’ve lived in and it has been the best! Highly recommend south pointe to anyone considering!
