Roaches Ruin It

The apartments are situated nicely in a generally quiet area, decent amenities, pretty spacious units. Trees make the spot look cozy and nice.
Domestic situations from time to time bring out the cops. Disputes settled and then it's quiet again. So be aware of that. Does not exactly ruin the experience, though, because it's not everyday. But your experience living here WILL be ruined with ROACHES. I don't care how clean you keep your place, roaches will be there. This place was getting regularly ...
treated (and the issue still not resolved, but better) with pest control services before Covid-19 and two different services were used. After Covid-19 set in, treatments stopped which made the issue much worse. You could only request treatment thru the office and they might as well have been treating with water because the chemicals used didn't do much. Then they started with a new pest control company And their treatment is supposed to last up to 3 months, but less than a week after the treatment saw bugs and now it's a ridiculous amount of roaches everyday. What they need to do is treat outside around the buildings and then treat indoors. This area is INFESTED with roaches. I hate walking into my kitchen because I know I'll see them. I bought a new lining for my door to maybe seal it and keep them out. That didn't work. I keep my place clean and spray bug spray often to act as a barrier to kill or deter them. Not working as much anymore.
I will not be here forever and I'm glad. The roaches have RUINED my stay. I used to like it here.
