BAD MANAGEMENT
March 8, 2022I been calling and leaving voicemails for the longest since LAST YEAR. No one ever answers and when they do answer its an attitude. I even went up there and it was just a bad vibe at the office, like they don’t want to be bothered . Don’t waste your time with these apartments. Misleading
February 28, 2022Office staff is very misleading. Of course the building is new and in a nice area but leasing communicated that units will be available early March. I visited early January and applied and was told to call back towards the end of Feb/early March because availability will become open. Called numerous times, left VM, and even went in person to them not being open more than once on a weekday.. Now I check the site and all units are now unavailable? Terrible Management/Office Staff
February 7, 2022Management here is horrible please look elsewhere. I visited this property and really liked the complex itself. I did not schedule an appt after my visit because my lease was not up for another 2 months and was told to call a month before to prelease. I called several times, filled out the online inquiry form and left VM no one ever called. I finally decided to go in person with everything I needed to apply. When I walked in they asked if I had an appt I explained I could not get ahold of ...anyone. Another person came out of the office with an attitude to tell me they had no more units available and to check back in March. I asked how I would go about checking in March she said to call. I explained I had been calling and leaving VM. She then got an even worse attitude saying “we are here 6 days a week I don’t know how that’s possible” well me either ma’am you tell me. Maybe if you turned down the blaring radio in the office you could actually hear the phones ringing and pick up. Literally anyone reading this call and see if they actually answer the phone or fill out a form and see if they actually respond. Glad I didn’t lease here if you can’t even contact management to lease imagine when you need maintenance. Complex is brand new and not even the gates to the property work they are wide open at all hours you can just stroll right in and give yourself a tour no appt needed. Oh did I mention to look at a model they don’t even go with you they just tell you to go to the 3rd floor to 308 and let yourself in, just terrible.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Bad management
November 30, 2021I would give a 0 if i could, new management needed asap. Workers are selfish and lazy and never do what’s supposed to be done.
