First floor water intrusion and flooding, every time it rains!
May 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comConsistent Structural Building Code Violations on the outside of all the Apartment Buildings. Have not been addressed for MANY years. Numerous water intrusion and flooding episodes reoccur with every rain storm, extensively on the first floors. Placing work orders, after work orders, but nothing gets fixed. The hallways carpets are contaminated with mold and dog filth. The hallway walls are in disrepair and a few elevators have been out of service for over one year.Property Manager Responded

Jett provided me with a quick recap of the community, highlighting all the amenities and features that make living here so ...enjoyable. His genuine care for residents is evident, as he offered his support should I need anything in the future. It’s reassuring to know that I have someone like Jett looking out for me. The neighbors have been incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes settling in even easier. While there have been a few "accidents" in the elevator from time to time, I’ve noticed that they are usually cleaned up within a few hours, which speaks to the property management's commitment to maintaining a pleasant living environment. From the very first interaction, Jett's energy and enthusiasm were palpable, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. His patience and willingness to assist during our property tour were truly commendable. Jett took the time to answer all our questions and provided valuable insights about the community and amenities. What ...impressed me the most was his incredible follow-through and communication. After touring several properties, we found ourselves disappointed when the unit we initially wanted was leased out. However, Jett quickly pivoted and presented us with an even better option that perfectly suited our needs. While I’ve read other reviews mentioning the building's age, I’m excited to report that the unit we’re moving into has been newly renovated, so I’m optimistic about our experience here.
