He even took the time to personally escort me to my new unit, which made the experience feel even more special. As I stepped inside, I was immediately struck by the beautiful renovations; everything was fresh and modern, perfectly complementing the stunning scenery that surrounds the property. Jett provided me with a quick recap of the community, highlighting all the amenities and features that make living here so ...enjoyable. His genuine care for residents is evident, as he offered his support should I need anything in the future. It’s reassuring to know that I have someone like Jett looking out for me. The neighbors have been incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes settling in even easier. While there have been a few "accidents" in the elevator from time to time, I’ve noticed that they are usually cleaned up within a few hours, which speaks to the property management's commitment to maintaining a pleasant living environment. Yes, the property does have its age, but I can see that it’s slowly being revamped, and the location is truly unmatched. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to call home. Jett's exceptional service and dedication have made this transition smooth and enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to lease at South Shore Apartments. May 12, 2025I recently had the pleasure of working with Jett at South Shore Apartments, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! From the very first interaction, Jett's energy and enthusiasm were palpable, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. His patience and willingness to assist during our property tour were truly commendable. Jett took the time to answer all our questions and provided valuable insights about the community and amenities. What ...impressed me the most was his incredible follow-through and communication. After touring several properties, we found ourselves disappointed when the unit we initially wanted was leased out. However, Jett quickly pivoted and presented us with an even better option that perfectly suited our needs. While I’ve read other reviews mentioning the building's age, I’m excited to report that the unit we’re moving into has been newly renovated, so I’m optimistic about our experience here. After touring sister properties, as well as other properties in Alameda, Jett is one of the main reasons we chose to lease with South Shore, aside from the fantastic location of course!
