        Consistent Structural Building Code Violations on the outside of all the Apartment Buildings. Have not been addressed for MANY years. Numerous water intrusion and flooding episodes reoccur with every rain storm, extensively on the first floors. Placing work orders, after work orders, but nothing gets fixed. The hallways carpets are contaminated with mold and dog filth. The hallway walls are in disrepair and a few elevators have been out of service for over one year.
