Love My New Home
September 6, 2023Great experience and felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the office. I had a bad experience at the last 2 apartments I used to live at that were new built with a lot of issues and horrible people in the office that just wanted your money and didn’t care about you. Totally different experience here! Gorgeous apartment, no issues and the girls in the office couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly. Maintenance are respectful and don’t minize or put me down as a woman like they did at other places I ...lived. Everyone just cares and wants to take care of you here. Close to everything
February 5, 2019I like it here. Never have any issues and since the management changed in the front office so many things have been fixed like the laundry rooms and now the buildings are getting cleaned. I saw them working on playgrounds too so that's good...honestly people complain but half those people are the ones throwing trash everywhere and there kids are the ones messing things up around the place!Review from Apartments.com
Worst Apartments I've ever lived in!
September 5, 2017These apartments are awful. They take forever to fix a maintenance problem. The water bill is always over $150 with no washer and dryer ( I don't know how that's possible) I've only lived here 1 year and my air conditioner goes out every other week. The appliances are atrocious, I've had water leaking from the ceiling on more than 1 occasion, my bath is always stopped up. My mailbox has been broken into at least 3 times. Counting down days until I leave....
May 3, 2017Glen Willows, horrible. I've lived on site for 2 years. Maintenance takes literally months at times to fix things. The kids have literally thrown a brick through my window and the office said there was nothing they could do. I have lived here through the old and new management. I was excited when the new management took over thinking we were maybe going to get someone who would do something about the trash ALL OVER the complex, nope. I feel like I pay a lot of money on time for nothing. Just ...today, I walked out to my car to see a neon green sticker on my car thanks to the complex tagging vehicles with expired stickers. Little do they know that my car has infact been inspected but am awaiting my new sticker in the mail. Either way my car is due to be towed shortly. I called the office to see what was going on, to be cut off and told to go live elsewhere. If my car gets towed, that will be extra money I don't have that I will have to shell out thanks to management who one didn't have a heart, and two had no business to assume they knew what was going on. Towing an old broken car that hasn't moved in months is one thing, but to tow a residents vehicle who has done nothing to you? I suggest going and solving a real problem like the broken windows or picking up the trash all over the complex. Swimming pools, a playground and laundry facilities make life fun and convenient here! Unlike most apartments in this area, Glen Willows also offers all bills paid rent that includes basic cable! The staff and maintenance are quick to follow up any questions or concerns.
