Management very rude and argumentative. If you try and explain anything manager doesn't want to hear it, she is quick to argue with you versus being helpful. If you are renting any kind of low income or subsidized unit you are under constant scrutiny for your housekeeping or anything of the like. They will threaten lease violations if they come in and you have a sink full of dishes. They do not fix anything appropriately, nor update anything that has been in the apartment for any length of time. ...
They would rather charge you to fix something then take care of something that is outdated. These apartments are outrageously priced, and everything is outdated. Save your money and find somewhere better!
