Southern Comfort is a gated community in a great central location with recent remodeling for all units. Comes with free basic cable, central heat/air, now available at an affordable price! Less than 2 miles to Corpus Christi Bay, 5 minutes to the malls, Del Mar College, and 15 minutes to Texas A&M University and the military base. Pets negotiable! Each lease will be enrolled in our Resident Benefit Package for $39.00 per month. This package can include renters insurance. Please note: PetScreening registration is a required part of the application process for ALL applicants. To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile. This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. If you need accommodation in another way, please contact your housing provider. PetScreening charges a nominal fee for the creation of a Pet Profile for a household pet. This is a separate charge from the rental application fee. There is no ($0) charge for an assistance animal accommodation request and no ($0) charge for the profile created for tenants without a pet/animal. Great apartments
October 1, 2022I just moved in been here about 2 months now. It is quiet and neighborhood is good. When I need something fixed I put in a work order and within 3 days it’s fixed or they communicate with me on a time frame. Rent is very reasonable management staff are nice and they are fixing up other units mine is spectacular. Management got rid of the not so great tenants from several years ago. They put up a gate so you need a code to get into the back apartments. I feel safe here near schools and a bus stop ...is right in front of building A.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good appartments
February 24, 2019Since new owners and management has taken over this place has really shaped up. It's quiet for the most part and the appartments are being fixed up and taken care of. Maintenance is really good about coming by too. Overall it's not a 5star because it's not perfect.Review from Apartments.com
cottonwood apartments
August 22, 2015Staying at Cottonwood Apartments because we have nowhere else to go. It is not in the best conditions but for now its home. Management is terrible and maintenance well there is no maintenance. Its loud and full of alcoholics and drugs. Not a good place for my disabled father-in-law and husband. Wish we had the funds to get out and live better.Review from Apartments.com
