It's early but everything has been great so far. The unit is newly remodeled and the management team is extremely friendly.

The owners at Southgate are incredibly friendly! They are very helpful during the application process and the move in process. I called ahead of time to find out the dimensions of the apartment, and they went to the unit and measured it right that second. The apartments are completely renovated and look amazing! We are excited to be living here!
