Apartment manager is very nasty, she lies on you to your face and will not fix anything if she doesn’t like you. These apartments are not worth the money. Mine has tiny bugs coming from the faucets. She won’t turn the heat on until she’s ready or one of her tenant friends asks her to. 90% of the tenants are 65 and older. It’s like a nursing home living here. Don’t move here!!!

Worst place ever. Fed up of mice/ bed bug issues. Property manager is useless, and hasn’t taken any steps after multiple complains.
She suggested we break the lease, pay $2000 in fines and move out.

I have lived here in my townhouse two years now. The grounds are kept looking top notch all year long. In winter when it snows my front walk is cleared right away. If something needs to be fixed I swear they are here in less then a half an hour. All the crews are friendly and nice and Diane who runs everything is a super nice lady. This is a nice size townhouse for one 66 year old lady and her dog. I have two bedrooms upstairs and I also have a basement for laundry. I have a beautiful private ...
backyard with a privacy fence and gate also has beautiful flower beds and a nice patio. It is close to everything and I can get food and groceries delivered so I do not have to leave the house in bad weather. I feel safe here too. Won't be moving, here to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I lived there for about 6 years and now moved out of state. First I was told that I should see my deposit back to me In a week or two. Later when I vacate the place I was told that usually it takes a month to see your deposit back. I made all my monthly payments on time and when I use to travel I made advance payments so I won’t be late for my rent. A person who made sure from his end you get your payments on time now suffering to get their deposit on time so unprofessional. Although the lady ...

I have lived her for 2 years. It is my first experience in an apartment complex, and I have ZERO complaints. I absolutely love it. I have my own fenced in yard for my dog. My kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and it truly feels like home. I share no walls with anyone(there is a unit above me), and it is peaceful and quiet. I love that I have windows on three sides of my unit. Each building has laundry facilities in the basement, which is very convenient, I just wish they would go ...

I have lived at this apartment complex for 10years in both one and two bedrooms. The water and heat are included in the rent and the area is kept well manicured and desirable in each quadrant. Maintenance level is at its peak year round, and the crew,led by Manager Diane is on the job as fast as humanly possible.
Cleanliness is a must and the laundry room,sidewalks and driveways are continuously upgraded and kept at their best. Hallway carpets are vacuumed every week and repairs to roofs,doors ...
and patios are kept up with as needed. I am 70 years old and my fenced in patio area is a great sense of home spun atmosphere.
Because of this aura of fine management with a safe environment,close to shopping,doctors schools, and entertainment,the neighbors are friendly and helpful year around and I enjoy it immensely.
It is a great place to live for single seniors like myself,married couples and children,with playgrounds available.
I would recommend it to anyone.

The apartments look a little shaby just do to the age of them. The complex is quite and we even have a fenced in back yard. Very pet friendly. Management and maintenance are very professional. Very fast to respond to any of your concerns usually with a couple hours even if its not an ergent matter.

Moved to MI from CA and this townhouse is exactly what I needed! Wonderful backyard for my dog, a great location that meets all of my shopping and personal needs, and a playground for all of the children through the complexes. I wouldn't trade this rental for anything!
