Past Its Prime
September 21, 2024Recently Southpoint was taken over by a management company solely interested in profit. They maintain the essentials but the buildings themselves are becoming more and more dilapidated. They attempted to increase my rent by $70 without explaining the math behind it. Essentially, they gave me a Notice to Vacate because I questioned their greed.Review from Apartments.com
