This place is awesome

I just renewed my lease. Why? Because I love it here. The staff are all amazing. The other tenants are friendly and helpful as neighbors. I love the pet friendliness of the complex-pet of the month-how cool is that?! The pool rocks in the summer, the activities they arrange all year are super fun, and I love my space as well. I am on the second floor so I do hear my upstairs neighbors, but it doesn't bother me at all. Also, my utility bills are super manageable.

Brandon, Ricky, and Kirsten do a great job at managing the property. Brandon and Ricky are able to solve any of the issues that the apartment may have. They are knowledgable and experienced handymen, who know their trade. Kirsten is also friendly and answers any questions that you may have regarding the lease agreement. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. The whole environment is quite calm. The grocery stores are nearby, which makes it convenient to do your every day shopping.

Me and my girlfriend moved in not to long ago and I have to admit it is amazing! They have got so many great things they offer here such as a pool, dog park and so on. The neighbor hood is also very friendly and it’s in a great location so that your not to far from anywhere really. The office staff is absolutely terrific and always ready to offer a helping hand!!

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years now and it’s been really awesome. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, the staff is always super helpful. Maintenance does a great job at fixing whatever needs to be fixed or helping however they need.

I do not have enough space to truly explain how terrible our stay was at Southpointe Apartments. With that being said, if you are seriously considering leasing with them head over to their google reviews to truly see what they are all about.

This is probably the most conveniently located South County apartment complex. Nice place to live, washer and dryer in the unit is nice. Maintenance is punctual and polite.

Apartments are not to bad, staff is willing to help out and do what they can as long as you talk to them and keep them up to date. Rent is a little high for the age and size for the area. Having to pay for water is an extra cost you have to take in hand. In general they are decent apartments.
