Cheap materials and rude staff
August 15, 2015Don't be fooled by the cheap furnishings...the countertops, carpet and tile work has been completed with cheap materials that chip, crack and stain easily. The staff will charge you for everything. The maintenance staff is the worst, very rude and lazy. For the first 6 months there was a hole where they had incorrectly installed the A/C unit. Whenever it rained water rushed in through the hole. It took months for them to finally "fix" the problem. I had to place buckets under the hole if it ...rained.
