The keep the outside nice because the inside sucks

They treat you like royalty until you get the keys. They keep the grass cut and trash cans empty so it doesn’t look bad but the office for residential services doesn’t do anything. They leave notices on your door for anything. They will say maintenance is coming and they never do. I had a list of updates needed back in June 2024 till this day nothing has been done. You can see they painted over hair, dust and dirt to make it look better. The drywall is falling in all the rooms and my living room ...
has a huge dip in it as does the hallway by my bathroom. There are so many cats but they probably help with rodents so I don’t complain. A tree fell on my unit and broke my living room window. Our in a request twice and my window is still broken. The office doesn’t respond to emails or voicemails but will give you attitude if you ask questions. Nothing like when your applying they call you like a car salesman until you move in then you never hear from them again unless you go there. They email you about the office being closed or closing early once a week. I had a noise of loose materials on the roof and it took 3 months for someone to finally go up there and dropped a roof tiling in my patio it’s still there incase they don’t believe me. The property itself is well kept but the consistent bus traffic is hell during school time. If your single looking for a cheap place I say try your hand but this is not an ideal place to live. I can’t even get pool passes for the summer because I am on a month to month lease.
