My boyfriend and I just leased our very first apartment, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. As first-time renters, we had a ton of questions and uncertainties, but Monica; our leasing agent, made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. Her friendly and approachable nature instantly put us at ease, and she ensured we felt confident in our decision.

Great place to live, well organized management and office staff. The maintenance and custodian Omar & Tony are exceptional, always doing their best in building improvements and keeping it tidy clean. They really know what they doing I would highly recommend this place.

I've had a wonderful experience living at Southwest Pointe. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly during office hours. Very beautiful, clean landscape and pool. Has great amenities, including 3 laundry rooms and a gym, the location is very convenient for getting to work and shops. The maintenance team onsite is also excellent, always handling requests quickly and efficiently. I dont get the complaints, never have I seen nor heard of any ...

I lived here about 4 years. There are 24hr water shutoffs every other month. I had a termite problem that wasn't addressed until 2 weeks later. During a rainstorm in LA, I had a leaking ceiling. Children run on the balconies and scream at the top of their lungs. Washers and dryers are constantly broken and takes weeks to fix. The visitor's parking is now resident parking so all visitors/guests have to find street parking, which is also impossible. Residents will do fireworks in the parking lot. ...

Recommend you not to move in these apartments. The kids here are inconsiderate and loud all night long but the neighbors are sensitive to anything else but that and will complain. The management is horrible and won't address any problems you may have with the apartment. Cockroaches will always appear no matter how clean you try to keep the apartment. Overall a very negative experience here and suggest you find another place to live. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Office staff doesn't do anything

It takes at least three attempts to get anything fixed. You can either try asking Seneca or Michelle, but they don't really respond. I have had a hot water issue for months and no one has looked into it. My neighbor has his loud boyfriend over every night and they don't address the issue. And no matter how clean you keep the apartment there are always cockroaches.

The good: Building is clean and there is security at night. The bad: Repairs take forever to get done, person at the manager's office is hardly ever there. On the weekends there is no hot water. Nobody answers at the emergency call number. If you complain about problems the girl at the office gives you an attitude or simply ignores your requests for repairs. I would not recommend this place.
