Southwind Townhomes is a community of 3 and 4 bedroom town homes and spacious 2 bedroom flats. We offer optional and unique rental packages that will fit your needs and budget. There’s a pool, safety lightening throughout, yearly geese visitors, onsite office and staff, commercial dumpster service and two ponds. All of our 3 bedroom units have private garages for parking or extra storage. We feel one of the most important features about our property and living here is, no one will be living over or under you. This is a “community” not a “complex” and the location of the units makes it even a better place to live. It’s tucked away off of all major busy roads or highways in the area. We encourage everyone that is looking for something to rent to take a drive by and see how quiet and pleasant the area is before you rent somewhere else. SORRY WE DO NOT ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS.

Well managed
December 13, 2019I’ve been a resident for a while now and was a little Leary after the previous management fiasco but the owner has taken over and is making a real effort. I’ve had a few minor issues with my unit and maintenance has been quick to come fix. My hubby has even caught a few fish from the pond. I don’t see us moving any time soon.Review from Apartments.com

Great place to live!
November 20, 2019Iv'e been a resident since March and since the change in management that occurred in May, this place has been awesome. The owner has really gone out of his way to make things right. Maintenance request are answered almost immediately. I love the two ponds on the property and the relaxed family atmosphere.Property Manager Responded
