Management is the worst!!
March 13, 2019We have lived in these apartments for 3 years and the manager Jasmina is the worst if you dont agree with what she has to say. Also when we have ask to have something fixed it takes months and months to get it done and the job is never done compete or well done several other neighbors have said this has happened to them as wellProperty Manager Responded

Bad management.
September 27, 2017My relative lived in this complex for 7 months. He cleaned after himself, gave new address. In 20 days after he moved out he got a call from collection agency. They took all his deposit (in lease it says 300, but he actually paid 400 with a check), and still has to pay 300. He didn't receive any call, bells or emails from management.Property Manager Responded

Bad management practices
September 22, 2017I lived in this complex for 7 months, didn't extend lease, gave proper notice, cleaned after myself, gave my new address. In 20 days after moving out I got a call from collection agency and got a move out sheet from them. So they took all my deposit (in lease it says $300, but according to check from bank I paid $400), and I still have to pay $300. I didn't receive any call, bill or email from management. Location great. Management Questionable
January 27, 2017Lived here for 1 1/2 years. Rent went up substantially twice in that time with no upgrades to unit or property. The place is in a great location. The buildings are old. They did not replace replace anything before my move in. Old worn, unclean carpet, cabinets falling apart, door to deck split apart when I moved in. Had to buy rugs to cover all the floors . Then they kept the majority of my security deposit for cleaning fees even though I left it cleaner than that I found it. Probably the norm ...for leasing agents to keep your money. Just know you won't be getting your deposit back. It is clearly considered revenue for them. Water bill was never justified by usage. My First Apartment
July 21, 2015I am lucky to have found such a great place to call my first home! It was affordable, had a perfect location that allowed quick transportation to popular places and the city, and best of all was pet friendly so I could bring my puppy with me!
