RUN MICE INFESTATION
January 1, 2026I strongly warn anyone considering these apartments to think twice. Shortly after moving in, I personally saw mice inside my unit. I immediately notified management, but nothing was done—no pest control, no inspection, no sealing of entry points. The problem has only gotten worse. At night, you can hear the mice walking and scratching in the ceiling, which is extremely disturbing and makes it hard to sleep. On top of the mouse infestation, there is also mold in the apartment that still has not ...been fixed, despite being reported. This is a serious health concern. Management’s lack of response shows they do not take tenant safety or living conditions seriously. I would not recommend living here. Save yourself the stress and health risks and look elsewhere. I’ve had nothing but a good experience since I have been living here which has been almost 3 years. I couldn’t be more happy. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice place to live that is reasonably priced and safe, I have great neighbors and I’m within a short distance as most shopping areas.
