DO NOT RENT HERE
October 6, 2017Do NOT rent from this place. Constant electric issues, animals in walls that make noise all the time. Maintance never notifies you of coming into the property. Gas and water problems and they offer no discount or relief during that time. Went 5 days or no water or gas and they didnt care. Moved into the place with old, smelly carpet, chipping/gouged paint (said theyd take care of before i moved in) and never did. Also had disgusting cupboards. The washer and dryer never worked, the lights ...outside never worked. The lights in the apartment constantly flickered/shut off. The breaker was always getting blown from normal use. I couldnt used the plug in the bathroom because it would constantly blow yhe breaker and shut off all apartment power. I tried to live with it and not make complaints because I dont like to cause problems and wanted my deposit back. Kept raising the rent and the need for renters insurance. Finally moved out, deep cleaned the apartment to ensure i got my deposit back. They even complimented me on how great and clean it was and STILL refused to give me my deposit back. Theyve already rented the place too. Its not right or fair. You can find cheaper and cleaner other places. DO NOT RENT HERE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
