Quiet & Peaceful Home
January 27, 2025I Love my home here at Spanish Vista Apartments, Been here for 8 years, never had a problem with anybody here, Karla the manager of this place is nice and pretty easy going, She works with all of her tenants, maintenance people keep up with work orders and they stay on top of things that need to be done. And the property grounds are kepted tip top, Beautiful.Review from Apartments.com
SCAM
March 21, 2018This apartment is a scam and you cant contact the management team. The apartment lady hides them and they give you wrong contact information (Emails that are never responded to and phone lines that are never picked) when you request for a complaint line. 1) Their one bedroom apartment is really a studio, even worse than that. The tub is a quarter of a regular tub. The one bedroom apartment has no door seperating the room from the living room, infact its one tiny living area, that has a stove and ...a refridgerator in it. You are expected to sleep and have guests in that quarter of space with no door. The only door is the bathroom door. 2) Watch out! They never allow you to view the rooms before paying. They give you stories of having a high occupancy rate and that they only attend to customers who have filled out an application and made the deposit payment. 3)The terms of the agreement reads that the deposit is non refundable except the applicant was denied. Guess what! Whether you were denied or not, the $300 will not be refunded and they are very very rude about this. Recall, the deposit would be collected even before you are allowed to view the room and make an informed decision. 4)They ignore the BBB (Better Business Bureaus. The BBB sent them several messages, the apartment lady verbally confirmed to me that they received the letter but they never responded. 5)Did I mention that they have absolutely no customer service. They treat customers like you are beggars. If ratings get poorer than 1 star, they deserve that and worse. It was an absolutely horrifying experience for me. Avoid them at all cost.
