Property Management company doesn't care about this place!

I've been living here for over 4 years and during that span of time there have been at least 3+ property managers and countless maintenance workers here. The fact that so many staff come and go says a lot about the company.
There are numerous issues with the plumbing here which leads to several water leaks and the main issue is never being addressed. It once took them 1 year to fix a hole in my ceiling due to a water leak.

of the pile and not even emails and phone calls to the corporate office seems to help either.
Mice are very frequent in the apartment, especially on the ground units and the fence outside my unit has been broken for more than a year now.
Because of poor security issues on the property and no locks on the building doors, homeless individuals tend to roam the building at night trying to enter the laundry room for a place to sleep.
