March 20, 2026The people who work here do a great job! From our manager Candice to the support team. Very kind and friendly, and hard working. Our grounds are kept nicely from the summertime grass cutting to the winters where snowfall is salted and plowed off our drives as necessary. And the fun at the pool on a hot summer day! March 20, 2026I have lived here for two years and just renewed my lease for a third year. It’s been 45 years since I lived in an apartment and was not expecting how quiet and peaceful the complex is. Shopping is very close no matter what your needs are. Groceries, clothing or merchandise are all within a mile or so. The Hospital and Doctor offices are also within a mile or two. Walgreens, Automotive shop and a Walmart market all in walking distance. Although I don’t use the pool I see families enjoying ...themselves on the hot days. The manager Candice is very helpful and friendly. I have only put in a couple of repair requests and both were handled timely. They have been steadily improving the the complex by painting, resurfacing the roads and keeping the grounds looking good.I highly recommend this complex if you’re looking for a quite comfortable place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Harasses and spies on you
December 5, 2019Norma harasses and will write inaccurate warning letters at any chance. I left Spencer creek last month after being bullied and harassed by her. She watches what you do and times and dates when you have guests. Weirdest situation I’ve ever been part of. I’ve also heard she tells people they are not allowed to smoke and they’ve found her smoking! They let maintenance staff move in people and numerous children since there is no room in apartments the guest will sit outside with all kinds of ...children all day and all night. I’m talking like midnight a 2 year old was found walking the parking lot. I’ve heard other tenants are starting a petition with examples and copies of some of the stuff she’s doing there. May 24, 2018I tried to apply and the store manager Norma was very rude and told me I had to make three times the rent and that I would qualify but when I came back with my application she told me I had to make three in a half times the rent and that I wouldn't qualify. I have also called up here and she told me a totally different story. I just wasn't please how every time I tried to apply she told me something different each tome.Review from Apartments.com
