I lived here for two years. Move-in was smooth but had a few bumps along the way. Upon moving in, there were a few broken and missing pieces in the refrigerator, but maintenance addressed the issue quickly. I never had any problems submitting maintenance requests, and they were always pretty prompt about getting things fixed.
One thing I would recommend is keeping an eye on your monthly rent charges before making a payment. At one point, I was being charged for renters insurance even though I ...
already had coverage. I brought it to the office manager’s attention, and they corrected the issue and gave me a credit to my account.
The area is quiet and convenient, which I really appreciated. Moving out was also a smooth process.
However, it did take about 66 days to receive my security deposit back, so that’s something to keep in mind.
Overall, I had a good experience living here with the understanding that there may be a few minor issues to keep an eye on.
