November 3, 2025Yes, the Martin Marietta – Burlington Quarry is located near the community; however, it hasn’t posed any issues for our residents thus far. We’re fortunate to be in a great area with convenient access to schools and local amenities — Highland Elementary is the closest, and we’re just a short distance from shops, dining, and major highways for easy commuting. We appreciate your feedback and always strive to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable living environment for our residents.
