I've been living in the Spring Arcade building for 4 years and I love it. Everyone that works here from management to the security guards and cleaning staff, they're all wonderful. It's a historic building with beautiful, renovated interiors and amenities (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen, AC & heat). They recently renovated our gym with brand new equipment too. The building management, maintenance and location are the reason why I've lived in this building for years. It's an older building in the historic core but possesses a lot of character and is extremely well maintained and clean by attentive staff. I lived in two different apartments in this building - 605 and 208. They were both super unique spaces, very spacious, well-maintained, and insanely noise-proof. The maintenance staff is quick to respond, the manager, Jake, is ALWAYS on it and reachable, and the security team is unmatched. 5 STARS ALL-AROUND.

The apartment is clean, spacious and well maintained. It is in a great location, the middle of downtown LA. Everything you need is just a few blocks away. You will never get bored with constant events happening almost every week. Clubs and restaurants are just a crosswalk away. On the other hand, it gets crowded and the traffic gets very bad. Parking is also a pain as it is not a part of your rent. You have to pay another extra 150 a month.
