      I made the worse decision moving in after my best friend and stepfather told me I shouldn’t move in. I tried to give the complex the benefit of the doubt because someone I knew recommended the place so highly when they used to live here. My best friend told me if it looked like this upon move in she could guarantee they wouldn’t do much of anything to improve it. She was right. Place was dirty, smelly and things didn’t work right. My previous apartment was already rented and I had no where else to go and be able to live on my own.       I thoroughly researched apartments before landing at Spring Creek and I loved every day we were there. We lived in a second floor 2 bed/2 bath. After living here for three and a half years we moved on to start a family in a house. I'll give my take: CONS (these are nitpicked) -My sinks all seemed to have drainage issues even after maintenance cleaned them. -The smoke alarms are over-sensitive. There is no way to turn off the alarm manually (per code). -The maintenance staff doesn't usually ...
      have a professional appearance. High turnover and no uniform means you don't recognize who is showing up to enter your home. -Some of the contractors that are hired seem to be second-rate. It took a crew ~1.5 months to fix a section of ~6 parking spaces in front of our building. Lawn maintenance crews often sit and smoke around the buildings. -The mailboxes are fairly small and we often had crumpled or damaged packages that the post service stuffed into the box. PROS -These apartments are relatively new and they are beautiful. Big windows, lots of sunlight, clean appliances. The facility does a good job of turning over a polished living space. -Attractive landscaping. -The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful and safe. Great running area. -Our neighbors were all wonderful people. You don't have much control over this, but we got lucky. Every once in a while the whole building even got together for lunch or a movie. -Thick walls? It was rare that I could hear our next door neighbors. I can't speak for what it's like to live under someone though. -Utilities are a dream. Gas stove cooked perfectly. We rarely paid more than $25/month for gas and in the summer with running A/C non-stop our electric bill rarely topped $100. Trash at the end of the property can be a little unsightly and misused but it is so easy to throw things out and recycle. -Parking spaces are huge and abundant. -There are two workout spaces: one for weights and one for cardio. We used them daily. The cardio room is spacious and pleasant and rarely crowded. I don't think you'll find a better apartment workout space in the area. -Maintenance always responded to requests within twelve hours of when I submitted them. They always got the job done and are pleasant people when you get the chance to talk to them. -One of the best parts about Spring Creek was feeling like I could depend on the management. Suzanne is excellent at communicating and a joy to work with. I am grateful for her hard work.

      I have lived here for 2 years and have had a wonderful experience. The management team is amazing, they actually care about how I am doing and have helped me settle into a new life seamlessly. I have had to call maintenance just a few times and they have been very responsive and timely even after hours. Any repairs have been done with expertise and a very pleasant disposition. I highly recommend this as a home to anyone. Thank you Spring Creek team for creating a great place to live.

      I was a tenant at spring creek apartments for just under 2 years. I would have never moved if i didn't need to get closer to my son and job. I have absolutely no complaints about other tenants or the staff. Everything was ran so well, and I was very happy and content staying there. It was also a perfect location to all the shops, restraunts, and close but not to close to 78. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay in. Suzanne & Anne in the office are extremely friendly & helpful and make us feel even more at home! Not only are the apartments beautiful but I love how close I am to everything!     • Not worth the trouble

      When you move out of this place, get prepared to get NONE of your security deposit back. They will make you clean EVERYTHING with a q-tip and fine tooth comb and still find ways to dock you. I don't understand the point of renting if the property manager makes you paint and spackle, isn't that what THEY get paid for? Plus if something goes wrong, they want nothing to do with you.

        I'm sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. When a resident gives their notice to vacate, we provide them with a copy of our move out checklist so that it can be used as a guide for items to be done prior to your move out and inspection. When you meet with maintenance for your move out inspection, they will let you know if there are any items still need to be taken care of (ie. cleaning, painting back to the flat, white walls, etc). We give you the opportunity to take care of these outstanding items before you move out if you have completed the inspection with them.

      I have lived here at Spring Creek for three years...I can honestly call it home...and one of the factors that makes it a home is the wonderful management staff and the maintenance staff. Ivan and Juan have always promptly taken care of any issue which has arisen..I love how friendly they both are..and how much professional expertise they possess. ( I have heard horror stories from other rental complexes of poor and delayed maintenance but that has NEVER been the case here at Spring Creek and for that I am most grateful!!! ) There are many lovely amenities here.... I enjoy the quiet and the location... it is convenient to many shopping areas...but is tucked away in a lovely neighborhood with trees and quiet roadways... There are sidewalks throughout and they are well lit in the evenings. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful...and the decor is gorgeous! Snow removal is very prompt!! I have never been unable to get out to work even after a very heavy snowfall. During the warmer months, the lawn staff does a great job of keeping up with the lawns and shrubbery.     • Excellent building, horrible management

      I am quite impressed of the amenities Spring Creek provides. The management staff, however, is the most incompetent I have seen in years. The one leasing manager voided our security deposit when we stated we wanted it applied to our balance. She then told us that our balance was under and if we didn't pay it we would get evicted. Also, there was a plumbing malfunction that they blamed my family for causing and now we have to pay for the remediation or we will get evicted. If you love to be on ...
