I am please with the gates at the front. It limits parking throught the parking lots as before I could barely find parking. Overall quiet community.

The activity center does a lot of fun things with the kids and adults! Daphney does a great job. Today they had Valentine’s Day bingo. Winners got to pick from lots of different prizes. The residents volunteered. Great community!

The staff is great! They always greet you with a smile and are helpful to the residents' needs. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day and the pool area is lovely. The staff plans various activities for the youth of the community. They also host a big end of summer cookout that is a big hit with the residents. Every year they also have a big backpack give away for the kids. My two kids love being part of this community. They feel safe and have plenty to do without going far from ...
home. My daughter enjoys the basketball courts and park during the summer months. The staff helped my son with lifeguard certification to become a lifeguard for the property. I couldn't have asked for a better place to live and raise my family.

NO asbestos! Whomever wrote the post 6months ago must have issues with management. Been living here in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath since 2006. The apartments are modern, come with dishwashers, patios and very spacious. 24 hour maintenance who are very dependable! If it's broke it gets fixed within 24, if not the same day. Management is very friendly! They have an open door policy. You don't have to schedule an appointment. Must see for yourself! My only issue is guests can't park after a certain time ...
due to limited parking spaces for residents with stickers unless we obtain a parking pass for our guest.

People in this community are great, but the maintenance and Management staff leave much to be desired. They do not do repairs correctly or at all, shoddy work. Management will not speak with you unless you make an appointment in writing, and when you do they turn the date requested down. And we have just recently been told all our apartments have asbestos in them. I need to get out!!
